Rama Priya

Rama Priya is a certified Qigong and Yoga instructor with 500 hours of energy work training. After studying Qigong and Kung Fu in the Tianmeng Mountains of China, she honed her practice in Five Element Qigong through a immersive Qigong intensive in Thailand.
She gained an understanding of how the elements within nature exist throughout the body and how, with awareness, one can recognize when these elements are imbalanced to achieve deep healing.

Rama Priya spent the three years following her training crafting Qigong flow routines using ancient movements that correlate with the five seasons, bringing them to group classes for students to tune into the elements within.

Now, inspired by the wisdom of her teachers and her own personal experience with Qigong as a powerful tool for self-healing, she works as a Prescriptive Qigong Flow facilitator.

Through her work, Rama Priya offers clients practices that deepen their connection to their deepest self and foster a balanced, centered life. She believes that each individual has the potential for healing and growth, and she is committed to guiding others in exploring these practices to navigate the ebbs and flows of life with grace.
